In 2018 our team was invited to remodel an apartment building built in the 1960s. The property was completely dilapidated. The building is in Koukaki in one of the most coveted, vibrant and friendly neighborhoods of Athens. The building combines retro style with modern comfort and a nod to the lifestyle that mirrors today’s urban culture.
The unique boutique hotel in the Athens center, is inspired by the style and energy of the neighborhood and by the neighboring monuments to Classical Greece, the Acropolis and The Erechtheion. The hotel’s nine different, autonomous units work in harmony with the spirit of Ancient Athens.
