Hotel in Plaka

In 2019 we began the complete renovation of a 1970s era hotel in Plaka. The building is in the heart of Athens, a few steps from Syntagma Square, The National Gardens and Zappeio, surrounded by Plaka, and Athens’ top shopping address, Ermou St.

It was a project that, from the beginning, was very special to us because of its unique, historical location. Our mission was to harmoniously blend in with the multifaceted beauty of the Athenian center 

We converted this building into a lovely boutique hotel in a minimalist style which complements the historical center of Ancient Athens, Plaka , Syntagma Square and  the Evzones guarding The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. In addition, the hotel boasts unparalleled views of The Acropolis and Lykavitos from the upper floors.

Inspired by this labor of love, the renovation was completed in only 11 months thanks to the hard work of our design team and everyone else involved.
